If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Provide photos of the issue and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days

Refund amounts include the product price and applicable VAT

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Custom-made or personalized packaging

Bulk or wholesale orders (unless agreed otherwise)

Used, opened, or damaged items not caused during delivery

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

8. VAT & Refunds

All prices on our website include 20% VAT.
Approved refunds will include VAT in accordance with UK regulations.
