Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Same-Day Dispatch

We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday), subject to product availability.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £50.00.
• Flat Rate Shipping: £8.99 on orders under £50.00.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard UK Delivery: 1–3 Working Days
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Samz Packaging cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged parcel or products where applicable.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Shipping arrangements for wholesale or bulk orders may differ from our standard delivery service. Please contact our team before placing large orders for tailored shipping options.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
